Abstract

Remaja putri mengalami haid atau menstruasi pertama kali atau disebut menarche salah satu tanda memasuki masa pubertas, tanda awal berfungsinya sistem reproduksi dan memasuki tahap kematangan organ seksual dalam tubuhnya. Menarche adalah haid pertama yang akan dialami oleh remaja putri yang dapat menimbulkan reaksi yang positif dan juga reaksi negatif bagi remaja, sehingga pada remaja yang akan mengalami menarche sangat membutuhkan kesiapan mental yang baik agar tidak mengalami kecemasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Hubungan Pengetahuan Remaja Putri Tentang Menstruasi Terhadap Kesiapan Dalam Menghadapi Menarche Di Smp N 1 Bangli. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Non Probability Sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner dengan analisis menggunakan uji Spearman Rank. Hasil penelitian didapatkan umur responden paling banyak adalah 12 tahun sebanyak 24 orang responden dengan presentase 80 %. Pengetahuan remaja putri tentang mentruasi baik sebanyak 4 orang responden (13,3%), cukup sebanyak 20 orang (66,7), kurang sebanyak 6 orang responden (20%). Kesiapan remaja putri dalam menghadapi menarche siap sebanyak 24 orang (80%), tidak siap sebanyak 6 orang (20%). nilai Correlation Coefficient pada pengetahuan remaja putri tentang menstruasi adalah 1,00 dan Correlation Coefficient pada kesiapan remaja dalam menghadapi menarche adalah 0,832 dengan nilai p value 0,000. Dapat dikatakan ada hubungan pengetahuan remaja putri tentang menstruasi terhadap kesiapan dalam menghadapi menarche di SMP N1 Bangli.
