Abstract

Psikis ibu bersalin memiliki peran dalam proses persalinan, perasaan takut maupun kecemasan dapat menyebabkan tubuh memperoduksi hormon stress yang berdampak terhadap otot-otot uterus, dapat menurunkan kontraksi sehingga terjadi distosia. Distosia meningkatkan risiko persalinan dengan tindakan sehingga meningkatkan risiko kematian maternal maupun perinatal. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi kecemasan pada ibu bersalin salah satunya adalah melakukan Endorphine Massage. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh Endorphine Massage terhadap penurunan kecemasan ibu bersalin kala I fase aktif di RSD mangusada. Penelitian ini menggunakan pre eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest posttest design. Sampel sebanyak 30 orang ibu bersalin kala I fase aktif di di RSD Mangusada. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test untuk membandingan hasil pretes dengan hasil posttestt. Ada penurunan tingkat kecemasan ibu bersalin kala I fase aktif setelah diberikan Endorphine Massage dengan nilai p value 0.001. Disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh pemberian Endorphine Massage terhadap penurunan tingkat kecemasan ibu bersalin kala I fase aktif di RSD Mangusada
