Abstract

SEKOLAH TINGGI ILMU KESEHATAN BINA USADA BALI PROGRAM STUDI S1 KEPERAWATAN Skripsi, 25 Januari 2021 Putu Kristini Pertiwi Pengaruh Alih Baring dan Back Massage Terhadap Resiko Kejadian Dekubitus pada Pasien dengan Stroke di RSU Famili Husada Xiv + 72 + 5 tabel + 6 gambar + Lampiran ABSTRAK Dekubitus merupakan komplikasi pada pasien stroke, terutama pada mereka yang terbaring di tempat tidur untuk jangka waktu yang lama. Alih baring dilakukan untuk mencegah kejadian luka tekan pada kulit dan akan lebih maksimal jika dilakukan dengan massage punggung untuk menjaga kelembaban perkukann kulit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh alih baring dan back massage terhadap resiko kejadian dekubitus pada pasien dengan stroke di RSU Famili Husada. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian pra-eksperimental dengan rancangan one group pra-posttest design dengan purposive sampling, yang melibatkan 26 pasien. Kejadian decubitus dinilai dengan menggunakan skala Norton. Alih baring dilakukan setiap 2 jam selama 3 hari dan back massage dilakukan selama 2 kali sehari selama 10 menit selama 3 hari, kemudian dilakukan analisis data dengan uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebelum diberikan alih baring dan back massage mayoritas berada pada kategori kemungkinan kecil terjadi yaitu sebanyak 14 responden (53,8%) dan setelah diberikan alih baring dan back massage mayoritas berada pada kategori tidak terjadi yaitu sebanyak 23 responden (88,5%). Hasil uji Wilcoxon didapatkan nilai p-value sebesar 0,001, sehingga diputuskan H0 ditolak yang bermakna bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan rata-rata nilai resiko dekubitus pre-test dan post-test setelah diberikan intervensi berupa alih baring dan back massage. Diharapkan pada semua perawat untuk memberikan intervensi alih baring yang dikombinasikan dengan back massage pada pasien yang berisiko mengalami luka dekubitus. Transfer to bed is used to prevent pressure sores on the skin and is optimized when combined with back massage to maintain skin moisture. The aim of this study was to determine the effects of bed transfer and back massage on the risk of pressure ulcers in stroke patients at Husada Family Hospital. This study was a pre-experimental study with a pre-posttest design for one group and a purposive sample that included 26 patients. The incidence of decubitus was assessed using the Norton scale. Patients were repositioned every 2 hours for 3 days and massaged for 10 minutes 2 times daily for 3 days. Data analysis was then performed using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that before bed repositioning and back massage, the majority of respondents were in the "will probably not occur" category, namely 14 respondents (53.8%), and after bed repositioning and back massage, the majority were in the "will not occur" category, namely 23 respondents (88.5%). The results of the Wilcoxon test obtained a p-value of 0.001, so H0 was rejected, which means that there is a significant difference between the mean pre-test and post-test pressure values after an intervention in the form of bed rearrangement and back massage was performed. It is expected that all nurses will implement an intervention in the form of bed change combined with back massage for patients at risk of developing pressure sores.
