Abstract

Terapi hemodialisis memiliki morbiditas dan mortalitas tinggi yang berhubungan dengan efek hemodinamik karena ultrafiltrasi yang cepat. Pemberian ultrafiltration goals yang semakin tinggi akan berdampak pada terjadinya komplikasi intra maupun post HD. Salah satu komplikasi yang sering terjadi adalah gangguan hemodinamik, khususnya tekanan darah. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah ultrafiltrasi goal dengan tekanan darah intra dialisis pada pasien CKD stadium V di Ruang Hemodialisa RSD Mangusada Badung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif observasional dengan desain cross sectional. Sampelnya adalah seluruh pasien CKD stadium V di Ruang Hemodialisa RSD Mangusada Badung yang dipilih secara purposive sampling sejumlah 81 orang. Berdasarkan analisa data menggunakan uji statistik pearson product moment didapatkan nilai p-value 0,0001<0,05 menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara ultrafiltrasi goal dengan tekanan darah intra dialisis pada pasien CKD stadium V di Ruang Hemodialisa RSD Mangusada Badung dengan. Semakin tinggi ultrafiltration goals yang diberikan pada pasien HD maka semakin tinggi pula risiko terjadianya permaslahan hemodinamik pasien sehingga diperlukan pemantauan yang ketat untuk menghindari komplikasi.
