Abstract

SEKOLAH TINGGI ILMU KESEHATAN BINA USADA BALI PROGRAM STUDI S1 KEPERAWATAN Skripsi, 15 Desember 2021 Dewa Made Pujawan Hubungan Self-Efficacy Dengan Kepatuhan Kontrol Tekanan Darah Pasien Lansia Dengan Hipertensi Di RS X Denpasar Xi + 67 + 5 tabel + 2 gambar + Lampiran ABSTRAK Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit kronis dengan program terapi jangka panjang bahkan seumur hidup, sehingga pada penatalaksanaan hipertensi memerlukan kepatuhan penderita pada terapi karena dapat menimbulkan kejenuhan pada penderitanya. Meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien dilakukan dengan meningkatkan self-efficacy pasien. Seseorang yang memiliki keyakinan kuat terhadap dirinya sendiri akan memiliki perilaku lebih baik terhadap anjuran dan larangan pengobatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan self-efficacy dengan kepatuhan kontrol tekanan darah pasien lansia dengan hipertensi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional dengan purposive sampling, yang melibatkan 46 lansia. Self-efficacy diukur dengan kuesioner mengelola hipertensi dan lembar opservasi untuk menilai kepatuhan pasien. Hasil analisis didapatkan nilai p-value 0,001 yang berarti < 0,05 sehingga antara self-efficacy dan kepatuhan kontrol tekanan darah pada lansia dengan hipertensi di RS X Denpasar memiliki hubungan yang signifikan. Diharapkan pada semua perawat untuk selalu meningkatkan self-efficacy pasien melalui komunikasi yang baik sehingga pasien patuh kontrol tekanan darah. Patient compliance is done by increasing the patient's self-efficacy. Someone who has confidence in himself will have better behavior towards the recommendations and prohibitions of treatment. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and adherence to blood pressure kontrol in elderly patients with hypertension. This study used a cross sectional research design with purposive sampling, which involved 46 elderly people. Self-efficacy was measured by a questionnaire to manage hypertension and an observation sheet to assess patient compliance. The results of the analysis obtained a p-value of 0.001 which means <0.05 so that there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and blood pressure kontrol compliance in the elderly with hypertension at RS X Denpasar. It is hoped that all nurses will always improve patient self-efficacy through good communication so that patients are obedient to blood pressure kontrol.
