Abstract

Kehamilan adalah proses fisiologis yang diawali dengan konsepsi sampai lahirnya janin. Kehamilan normal berlangsung selama 280 hari (40 minggu atau 9 bulan 7 hari) yang dihitung sejak hari pertama haid terakhir. Salah satu ketidakyanamanan yg dialami ibu hamil trimester III adalah nyeri punggung, Penatalaksanaan nyeri pada punggung bawah selama kehamilan dapat dilakukan dengan Herbal Therapy Compress Ball Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Quasy pre eksperimental. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah, one group pre test and post test Pengambilan sampel menggunakan total .Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh ibu hamil trimester III yang mengalami nyeri punggung sebanyak 30 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisa uji T dependent test dan Wilcoxon Rank Test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian uji Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test untuk mengetahui pengaruh herbal therapy compres ball terhadap penurunan tingkat nyeri nyeri punggung bawah pada ibu hamil trimester III , diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai p value pada tingkat nyeri yaitu 0,000< α 0,05. Dengan demikian Ha diterima yaitu ada pengaruh herbal therapy compres ball terhadap penurunan tingkat nyeri nyeri punggung bawah pada ibu hamil trimester III di PMB Dr. Putu Mastiningsih, S.ST., SH.,M. Biomed.
