Abstract

SEKOLAH TINGGI ILMU KESEHATAN BINA USADA BALI PROGRAM STUDI SARJANA KEPERAWATAN Skripsi , Januari 2022 Dewa Gde Aditya Wijaya Pengaruh Self Management Edukasi Berbasis Smartphone Terhadap Self Efficacy Dan Tekanan Darah Pada Pasien Hipertensi dI UPTD. Puskesmas Klungkung II Xii + 99 + 4 tabel + 3 gambar + Lampiran ABSTRAK Peningkatan jumlah kasus penderita hipertensi sering meninbulkan masalah-masalah seperti peningkatan tekanan darah melebihi batas normal. Dampak dari peningkatan tekanan darah melebihi batas normal menyebabkan komplikasi kardiovaskuler yang tinggi pada usia lanjut seperti gagal jantung dan stroke. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self management edukasi berbasis smartphone terhadap self efficacy dan tekanan darah pasien Hipertensi di UPTD Puskesmas Klungkung II. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian ini adalah pre eksperiment dengan one group pre-post test design tanpa group control. Populasi penelitian ini menggunakan populasi terjangkau (accessible population) yang sudah sesuai dengan kreteria inklusi dan ekslusi dengan jumlah sampel penelitian 15 responden. Uji Wilcoxson Signed Rank Test diperoleh nilai sebesar p=0.001 < α (0,05) dan uji paired T-test tekanan darah sistole dan diastole didapatkan nilai Asimp. Sig (2-tailid) mengasilkan nilai p-value adalah 0,000 dan 0,003 yang berati ada pengaruh self management edukasi berbasis smartphone terhadap self efficacy dan tekanan darah pasien Hipertensi di UPTD Puskesmas Klungkung II.
