Abstract
Dukungan keluarga adalah salah satu jenis dukungan yang paling penting dengan tujuan mencapai kontrol tekanan darah yang optimal. Dukungan keluarga dapat diberikan dalam bentuk dukungan emosional, penghargaan, instrumental dan informasi. Kepatuhan adalah salah satu perilaku kesehatan yang berperan dalam pembentukan sikap seseorang dengan kriteria patuh, cukup patuh, kurang patuh, dan tidak patuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan menerapkan protokol kesehatan Covid-19 pada pasien hipertensi di Puskesmas 1 Jembrana. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasional melalui pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi adalah pasien hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas 1 Jembrana. Besar sampel adalah 130 responden menggunakan random sampling yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Variabel independen adalah dukungan keluarga sedangkan variabel dependen adalah kepatuhan menerapkan protokol kesehatan Covid-19. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Spearman Rho dengan tingkat signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dan kepatuhan menerapkan protokol kesehatan Covid-19 (p = 0,001) Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dukungan keluarga berhubungan dengan kepatuhan menerapkan protokol kesehatan Covid-19 pada pasien hipertensi. Saran bagi responden yaitu mencari sumber informasi terkait pencegahan Covid-19 baik di internet maupun media-media informasi lainnya guna meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap pencegahan Covid-19
