Abstract
Hipertensi mengalami peningkatan yang tinggi sebagai penyebab kematian. Kolesterol merupakan faktor risiko dari hipertensi, semakin tinggi kolesterol semakin tinggi kemungkinan hipertensi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan lipid profil dengan tekanan darah pasien hipertensi di RS Balimed Denpasar. Penelitian deskriftif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional menggunakan Accidental Sampling, jumlah sampel 50 responden, menggunakan alat ukur Bio System A25 dan spimomanometer digital. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji spearmen rank dan regresi linier, rata – rata HDL 47,32 mg/dl, LDL 164,56 mg/dl, kolesterol total 249,04 mg/dl dan trigliserida 183,02 mg/dl, tekanan darah sistolik 170,40 mmhg dan diastolik 102 mmhg. Kesimpulan, ada hubungan LDL, kolesterol total dan trigliserida terhadap tekanan darah dengan p-value 0,000. Tidak ada hubungan HDL dengan tekanan darah dengan p-value 0,515. Secara parsial LDL paling berpengaruh terhadap tekanan darah dengan p value 0,000. Saran, setiap pasien dengan peningkatan tekanan darah hendaknya dilakukan pemeriksaan lipid profil untuk mengetahui faktor risiko pada pasien.
