Abstract

Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) merupakan unit pelayanan yang berperan penting dalam keselamatan pasien karena menuntut penanganan yang cepat dan tepat. Ketepatan penanganan dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, seperti kepadatan pasien, jumlah tenaga kesehatan, kepatuhan terhadap SOP, dan ketepatan triase. Hasil studi pendahuluan di IGD RS Balimed menunjukkan ketepatan penanganan pasien masih berkisar 55–60%. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan ketepatan penanganan pasien di IGD RS Balimed sebagai upaya meningkatkan mutu pelayanan. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 43 perawat di ruang IGD RS Balimed dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Chi-square. Ada hubungan antara ketepatan kategori triase, kepadatan IGD, jumlah tenaga per shift kepatuhan SOP triase dengan ketepatan penanganan pasien di ruang IGD RS Balimed dengan nilai p value sebesar 0,001 <(0,05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan ketepatan kategori triase, kepadatan IGD, jumlah tenaga per shift kepatuhan SOP triase dengan ketepatan penanganan pasien di ruang IGD RS Balimed.
