Abstract

Kualitas tidur yang buruk merupakan masalah kesehatan yang umum dialami oleh lansia di panti werdha akibat proses penuaan, penurunan hormon melatonin, dan stres psikososial. Gangguan tidur kronis dapat menurunkan fungsi kognitif, daya tahan tubuh, dan kualitas hidup lansia. Penggunaan modalitas non-farmakologis seperti kombinasi aromaterapi lavender dan terapi musik klasik menawarkan pendekatan relaksasi ganda (multisensory) yang aman dan minim efek samping. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi aromaterapi lavender dengan terapi musik klasik terhadap kualitas tidur lansia di Panti Werdha Syailendra.Desain penelitian menggunakan pra-experiment dengan pendekatan one-group pretest-posttest design. Sebanyak 20 lansia dipilih sebagai responden menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengukuran kualitas tidur dievaluasi sebelum dan sesudah intervensi menggunakan instrumen Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan kualitas tidur pada lansia setelah diberikan kombinasi aromaterapi lavender dengan terapi musik klasik dengan pvalue 0,001 (p < 0,05).Dapat disimpulkan kombinasi aromaterapi lavender dan terapi musik klasik berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas tidur lansia di Panti Werdha Syailendra. Intervensi ini dapat dijadikan alternatif dalam praktik keperawatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas tidur lansia di panti werdha.
