Abstract
SEKOLAH TINGGI ILMU KESEHATAN BINA USADA BALI PROGRAM STUDI S1 KEPERAWATAN Skripsi, Januari 2021 Ade Pratama Ari Putra Gelgel Hubungan Tingkat Stres dengan Banyaknya Merokok pada Remaja Putra di SMA Negeri 1 Sukawati Gianyar Xv + 59 Halaman + 5 Tabel + 2 Gambar + 12 Lampiran ABSTRAK Masa remaja merupakan masa peralihan dari masa anak-anak menuju masa dewasa, tak jarang jika remaja tidak mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan akan mengalami stres. Untuk mengatasi stres tersebut remaja akan cenderung muncul perilaku merokok. Jumlah perokok semakin meningkat dan usia perokok semakin bertambah muda karena perokok percaya bahwa rokok memiliki fungsi sebagai penenang saat mereka stres. Data Riskesdas tahun 2018 menyebutkan bahwa prevalensi perokok remaja mengalami peningkatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat stres dengan banyaknya merokok pada remaja putra di SMA Negeri 1 Sukawati Gianyar Desain penelitian ini adalah Cross Sectional dengan jumlah sampel 84 orang yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling menggunakan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan uji statistik yang digunakan yaitu Spearman Rank (p value <α, α = 0,05). Hasil uji statistik diperoleh p value 0,0001, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat stres mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan banyaknya merokok pada remaja putra di SMA Negeri 1 Sukawati Gianyar Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, disarankan agar kedepannya pihak pelayanan kesehatan dapat membuat program penyuluhan atau program lainnya untuk mengurangi prilaku merokok pada remaja putra. The number of smokers is increasing and the age of smokers is getting younger because smokers believe that cigarettes have a sedative function when they are stressed. Riskesdas data in 2018 states that the prevalence of teenage smokers has increased. This study was determined the correlation between a lot of smoking and the stress level of young men in SMA Negeri 1 Sukawati, Gianyar The design of this study was cross-sectional with a sample size of 84 people who were selected through purposive sampling technique using inclusion and exclusion criteria. The instrument used was a questionnaire and the statistical test used was the Spearman Rank (p-value <α, α = 0.05). The statistical test results obtained a p-value of 0.0001, it could be concluded that a lot of smoking had a significant correlation with the stress level of male adolescents in SMA Negeri 1 Sukawati, Gianyar Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that in the future the health service can make an extension program or other programs to reduce smoking behavior in young men.
