Abstract

SEKOLAH TINGGI ILMU KESEHATAN BINA USADA BALI PROGRAM S1 KEPERAWATAN Skripsi, Januari 2021 Ngakan Gede Suryadi Putra Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Dan Dukungan Keluarga Dengan Sikap Ibu Dalam Pemberian Pemberian ASI Ekslusif Di Wilayah Kerja UPT Puskesmas Bangli C + 100 + 9 tabel + 2 gambar + 12 lampiran ABSTRAK Sikap merupakan respon seseorang terhadap stimulus tertentu. Sikap ibu dalam pemberian ASI ekslusif sebagian besar kurang, dimana banyak ibu sekarang beralih memberikan susu formula. Ada faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan pemberian ASI ekslusif. Pengetahuan ibu akan manfaat ASI ekslusif dan dukungan keluarga terhadap pemberian ASI ekslusif akan menentukan sikap ibu dalam pemberian ASI ekslusif. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dan dukungan keluarga dengan sikap ibu dalam pemberian ASI ekslusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Spearman’s rho. Persentase tingkat pengetahuan ibu tinggi Sebagian besar (83,3%), ibu yang memiliki dukungan keluarga baik Sebagian besar (76,7%). Terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan sikap ibu dalam pemberian ASI ekslusif dengan nilai p-value 0,002 dan terdapat hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan sikap ibu dalam pemberian ASI ekslusi dengan nilai p-value 0,003. Diharapkan agar pemberian informasi tentang pemberian ASI Ekslusif kepada masyarakat ditingkatkan, bukan hanya kepada ibu menyusui tetapi juga kepada keluarga agar keluarga mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan pentingnya dukungan keluarga dalam proses pemberian ASI ekslusif. The attitude of mothers in exclusive breastfeeding is mostly lacking, where many mothers are now switching to formula milk. Other factors influence the success of exclusive breastfeeding. The mother's knowledge of the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding and family support for exclusive breastfeeding will determine the mother's attitude toward exclusive breastfeeding. This study purposed to determine the correlation between the level of knowledge and family support with the attitude of the mother in providing exclusive breastfeeding. This study used a descriptive-analytic design with a cross-sectional approach. The number of samples in this study was 30 respondents. Sampling using a total sampling technique. The data collection tool used was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Spearman's rho test. The percentage of high mother knowledge level was 83.3%, mothers who had good family support were 76.7%. There was a correlation between the level of knowledge and attitudes of mothers in exclusive breastfeeding with a p-value of 0.002 and there was a correlation between family support and attitudes of mothers in giving exclusive breastfeeding with a p-value of 0.003. It is hoped that the provision of information about exclusive breastfeeding to the community is increased, not only to breastfeeding mothers but also to families so that families can increase knowledge of the importance of family support in the process of exclusive breastfeeding.
