Abstract
Keletihan fisik merupakan keluhan terbanyak yang terjadi pada ibu nifas disebabkan karena aktiiftas ibu untuk melakukan perawatan bayi, kurang tidur dan pemulihan akibat menyusui atau bangun malam. Penatalaksanaan keletihan dapat dilakukan dengan pemberian terapi non-farmakologi yaitu dengan foot massage. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh foot massage terhadap keletihan pada ibu nifas di RS X Denpasar. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode pra experiment dengan one-group preposttest design. Teknik sampling mengunakan non-probability sampling yaitu accidental sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 40 responden. Analisis yang digunakan adalah wilcoxon sign rank test. Hasil analisis menunjukan nilai p-value 0,001 < 0.05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh foot massage terhadap keletihan pada ibu nifas di RS X Denpasar. Bidan diharapkan dapat memberikan intervensi foot massage pada ibu nifas sebagai upaya dalam menurunkan tingkat keletihan ibu nifas.
