Abstract

Kecemasan ibu menjelang persalinan termasuk operasi caesar merupakan respon emosional yang umum terjadi. Salah satu cara untuk mengurangi kecemasan ibu menjelang operasi caesar adalah dengan farmakologis yaitu dengan obat-obatan narkotika seperti benzodiazepin, sedangkan terapi non farmakologi menggunakan teknik relaksasi seperti mengubah pikiran misalnya dengan mendengarkan musik Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian terapi musik klasik terhadap kecemasan ibu bersalin pre sectio caesarea di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Mangusada. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pre eksperimental dengan desain one group pretest posttest design. teknik sampling menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan bentuk total sampling dengan jumlah sampel adalah 38 responden. Uji analisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test Hasil penelitian didapatkan Z -5,840 yang artinya berada dalam penerimaan Ha dan p-value 0,001<0.05 menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh pemberian terapi musik klasik terhadap kecemasan ibu bersalin pre sectio caesarea di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah mangusada. Adapun saran yang diberikan adalah dapat meningkatkan wawasan dan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pentingnya memperoleh informasi tindakan non-farmakologi terapi musik klasik sebagai alternatif dalam mengatasi kecemasan ibu bersalin pre sectio caesarea.
