Abstract
Menyusui eksklusif merupakan pemberian Air Susu Ibu (ASI) tanpa disertai makanan atau minuman selain ASI kecuali obat-obatan, vitamin, atau mineral tetes. Akan tetapi, kebanyakan ibu sering mengalami masalah dalam pelaksanaan ASI eksklusif. Hal ini menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab rendahnya cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif kepada bayi baru lahir. Salah satu penyebab utama rendahnya cakupan ASI di masyarakat adalah produksi ASI yang tidak lancar. Konsep rawat gabung salah satunya untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pelaksanaan rawat gabung dengan produksi ASI pada ibu post post sectio caesarea. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik korelasional dengan metode pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling secara consecutive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 53 responden. Analisa data menggunakan analisis Spearman Rank. Hasil analisis Spearman Rank menunjukkan nilai p value adalah 0,000. Nilai p value 0,000<0,05 berarti hipotesis dari penelitian ini diterima yang artinya ada hubungan pelaksanaan rawat gabung dengan produksi ASI pada ibu post sectio caesarea dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,830. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi berupa peningkatan kualitas patient safety (keselamatan pasien) serta kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan ibu dan anak Kata Kunci: Post Sectio Caesarea, Produksi ASI, Rawat Gabung Daftar Pustaka: 40 (2015-2018) Exclusive breastfeeding is the providing of breast milk (ASI) without any food or drinks other than breast milk, except for drugs, vitamins, or mineral drops. However, most mothers often experience problems in implementing exclusive breastfeeding. This is one of the factors causing the low exclusive breastfeeding for newborns. One of the main reasons for the low breast milk provision in the community is unsmooth breast milk production. Rooming-in concept care is to increase breast milk production. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between the implementation of rooming-in care the breast milk production in post-cesarean mothers. This study was a correlational analytic study with a cross-sectional approach method. The sample in this study was nonprobability sampling with consecutive sampling with a total sample of 53 respondents. Data analysis using Spearman Rank analysis. The results of the Spearman Rank analysis showed that the p-value was 0,000. The p-value of 0.000 <0.05 means that the hypothesis of this study was accepted, which means that there was a correlation between the implementation of combined care with the production of breast milk for post-cesarean section mothers with a correlation coefficient of 0.830. The results of this study have implications in the form of improving the quality of patient safety (patient safety) and patient satisfaction with maternal and child services.
