Abstract
Length of Stay (LOS) merupakan standar yang digunakan untuk melihat tingkat kepadatan suatu layanan, dimana LOS yang memanjang berpotensi menimbulkan crowding, penundaan pelayanan, peningkatan angka kematian serta lama hari rawat. Salah satunya faktor yang meningkatkan LOS pasien di IGD adalah tingkat kegawatan. Semakin level triage, akan memakan resource IGD yang makin besar, sehingga menyebabkan LOS pasien di IGD semakin panjang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan level triage Austalasian Triage Scale (ATS) terhadap Length of Stay (LOS) pasien di IGD RSUD Bali Mandara. Desain penelitian yaitu korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 391 responden, dengan teknik sampling non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan ceklist untuk mengukur level triage ATS dan LOS pasien. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji rank spearman. Hasil analisis didapatkan p=0,000, yang berarti bahwa hubungan level triage Australasian Triage Scale (ATS) terhadap Length of Stay (LOS) pasien di IGD RSUD Bali Mandara. Disarankan kepada tempat pelayanan agar lebih memprioritaskan pasien dengan level triage yang tinggi, serta berupaya untuk mengurangi faktor yang menyebabkan lamanya LOS pasien di IGD.
