Abstract

Gaya hidup yang buruk pada remaja menjadi sumber masalah munculnya berbagai penyakit degenerative pada usia muda. Konseling kesehatan menjadi solusi penting dalam memberikan pemahaman kepada remaja. Salah satu metoda konseling yang bisa dikembangkan saat ini adalah dengan media grup WhatsApp.Untuk itu perlu kita melihat bagaimana pengaruh metode konseling kesehatan melalui grup Whatsapp terhadap gaya hidup remaja. Penelitin ini merupakan penelitian pre experiment dengan rancangan pre test and post test grup design. Penelitian ini menggunakan 20 anak remaja di banjar binoh kelod sebagai sampel dan pengumpulan data mengunakan Simple Lifestyle Indicator Questionnaire. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan uji Wilcoxon Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai ρ-value 0,02 yang artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan metode konseling kesehatan melalui Grup WhatsApp terhadap gaya hidup remaja di wilayah kerja Puskesmas II Denpasar Utara di Banjar Binoh Kelod Desa Ubung Kaja. Dari hasil ini peneliti menyarankan kepada petugas kesehatan untuk menggunakan inovasi konseling dengan metoda grup WhatsApp untuk meningkatkan kualitas gaya hidup remaja.
