Abstract

Kedatangan lansia ke posyandu merupakan suatu frekuensi keterlibatan dan keikutsertaan dalam menghadiri posyandu setiap bulannya, dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan kesehatan diri secara optimal, namun tidak semua lansia bisa datang menghadiri kegiatan posyandu karena berbagai faktor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengerti dan memahami posyandu dan kedatangan lansia di Desa Gesing Banjar Buleleng. Jenis penelitian ini kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi yang informannya yaitu lansia itu sendiri, keluarganya, kader lansia, kepala desa, sekretaris desa. Sumber data penelitian terdiri dari informan sebanyak 12 orang, peristiwa kegiatan-kegiatan di posyandu lansia sampai lansia pulang dan dokumentasi seperti KTP. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Proses analisis data menggunakan cara Miles & Huberman, Berbagai kegiatan pada posyandu lansia seperti cek tekanan darah, timbang berat badan, cek gula darah, dan cek asam urat. Selain itu juga terdapat kegiatan lain seperti senam dan pemberian makanan tambahan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan lansia mengetahui manfaat dari posyandu selain sebagai tempat pelayanan kesehatan juga sebagai tempat untuk berinteraksi sosial, berkarya dan berkegiatan.
