Abstract

Stres adalah reaksi fisiologis dan psikologis yang terjadi jika seseorang merasakan ketidakseimbangan antara tuntutan yang dihadapi dengan kemampuan untuk mengatasi tuntutan tersebut. Stres pada lansia disebabkan oleh faktor psikologis dan kurangnya dukungan dari keluarga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan keluarga terhadap tingkat stress pada lansia di banjar gunung pande, Desa Tumbakbayuh, Mengwi dengan menggunakan kuesioner tingkat dukungan keluarga dan kuesioner Perceived Stress Scale (PSS). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan deskriptif korelasi, yaitu untuk menelaah suatu hubungan antara dua variable pada situasi atau kelompok subjek yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pada hasil uji statistik Spearman Rho didapatkan hasil dengan nilai koefisien α=0.05 diperoleh nilai p=0.000 yang berarti nilai p<α (α=0.05) yang berarti Ha diterima, artinya terdapat Hubungan Antara Dukungan Keluarga Dengan Tingkat Stres pada Lansia Di Banjar Gunung Pande, Desa Tumbakbayuh. Kekuatan hubungan yang dinyatakan berdasarkan nilai Correlation Coefficient, sebesar -0.837 (84%) artinya korelasi kuat.
