Abstract

Depresi merupakan salah satu keluhan yang ditemukan pada pasien dengan penyakit kronis seperti DM tipe 2. Pasien dengan masalah gangguan mood (depresi) juga mendasari sering terjadinya gangguan tidur pada penderita DM tipe 2. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan depresi dengan kulitas tidur pasien DM Tipe 2. Jenis penelitian ini adalah diskriptif analitik dengan pendekan cros sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien DM Tipe 2 yang berjumlah 71 orang. Hasil uji stastistik dengan menggunkan uji sperman didapatkan nilai p-value = 0,001 maka dapat disimpulkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Hubungan Depresi dengan Tingkat Kualitas Tidur Pada Penderita Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2. Diharapkan dari hasil penelitian ini, nantinya perawat dituntut untuk mampu memaksimalkan intervensi penangan awal melalui asuhan keperawatan saat menemukan pasien dengan depresi pada penderita DM tipe 2
