Abstract

Pelayanan pasien di IGD setiap rumah sakit perlu dilakukan sesuai standar. Kepuasan pasien dan keluarganya perlu dijaga sehingga pelayanan standar perlu dipertahankan agar sesuai dengan ekpektasinya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelayanan pasien di IGD Rumah Sakit X Nusa Dua. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan hermeneutik, informan sebanyak 10 orang yaitu para pasien, staf IGD dan manajemen RS. Ada dua tema besar pelayanan di IGD diantaranya respon petugas ketika pasien tiba di IGD dan penanganan petugas terhadap pasien IGD. Peranan pelayanan dalam pelayanan kesehatan, petugas di IGD mampu untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada pasien dengan sebaik mungkin sehingga hak pasien untuk mendapatkan pelayanan optimal sesuai kebutuhannya dapat dipenuhi Penanganan petugas terhadap pasien di IGD dilakukan dengan baik sesuai dengan standar dan Pendapat pasien setelah mendapatkan pelayanan IGD pasien memperoleh kepuasan sesuai kebutuhannya, sehingga manajemen RS mampu memberikan pelayanan sesuai ekspektasi pelanggan
