Abstract

Triase dalah suatu proses penggolongan pasien berdasarkan type dan tingkat kegawatan kondisinya. Triase berlaku untuk pemilahan penderita baik di lapangan maupun di rumah sakit. Triase juga diartikan sebagai suatu tindakan pengelompokkan penderita berdasarkan pada beratnya cidera yang di prioritaskan ada tidaknya gangguan airway (A), breathing (B), dan circulation (C) dengan mempertimbangkan sarana, sumber daya manusia, dan probabilitas hidup penderita. Triase di IGD Rumah Sakit harus selesai dilakukan dalam 15-20 detik. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan triase oleh perawat di IGD BRSUD Tabanan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan metode pemilihan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 40 orang perawat IGD. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner pengetahuan triase dan kuesioner penerapan triase. Analisa data dilakukan dengan bantuan software SPSS dengan melakukan uji spearman rank. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan Uji Spearman Rank didapatkan hasil nilai correlation coefficient sebesar 0,649 yang berarti antara pengetahuan triase dengan penerapan triase hubungannya adalah kuat dengan nilai p-value 0,000 < a (0,05), maka Ha diterima yang berarti ada hubungan antara pengetahuan triase dengan penerapan triase oleh perawat di IGD BRSUD Tabanan.
