Abstract

Kualitas tidur yang terganggu merupakan masalah yang sering terjadi pada bayi dengan prevalensi sebesar 33%, terutama pada usia 3–6 bulan karena bayi sedang memasuki fase pematangan sistem saraf yang menyebabkan perubahan pola tidur secara fisiologis. Baby massage merupakan salah satu intervensi nonfarmakologis yang aman dan dapat meningkatkan rasa nyaman sehingga berpotensi memperbaiki kualitas tidur bayi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh baby massage terhadap kualitas tidur bayi usia 3–6 bulan di Kusuma Moms And Baby Care. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pre-eksperimental dengan rancangan one group pretest-posttest design. Sampel sebanyak 33 bayi dipilih menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Kualitas tidur diukur menggunakan Brief Infant Sleep Questionnaire (BISQ) dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden berusia 5 bulan (36,4%) dan berjenis kelamin perempuan (60,6%). Sebelum intervensi, seluruh bayi (100%) mengalami gangguan tidur dan setelah diberikan baby massage, sebagian besar bayi (66,7%) tidak lagi mengalami gangguan tidur. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai pvalue = 0,000 (p<0,05), yang berarti terdapat pengaruh baby massage terhadap kualitas tidur bayi usia 3–6 bulan di Kusuma Moms And Baby Care. Baby massage direkomendasikan sebagai salah satu intervensi nonfarmakologis dalam pelayanan kebidanan untuk membantu meningkatkan kualitas tidur bayi dan mendukung tumbuh kembang yang optimal.
