Abstract

Ketidakpuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan rumah sakit dapat menimbulkan berbagai dampak negatif antara lain menurunnya loyalitas pasien, meningkatnya jumlah keluhan, serta terbentuknya citra negatif rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan waktu tunggu pelayanan rawat jalan dan pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan pasien di RSUD Singasana. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif rancangan cross sectional dengan consecutive sampling yang melibatkan 68 responden. Waktu tunggu diukur dengan kuesioner waktu tunggu serta kepuasan pasien diukur dengan kuesioner service quality, kemudian dilakukan analisis data dengan wilcoxon t-test karena data berdistribusi tidak normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden menyatakan bahwa waktu tunggu sudah sesuai standar serta puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan dimana mencapai 40 responden (58,8%). Analisis dengan wilcoxon t-test mendapatkan nilai p value= 0,001 sehingga ada pengaruh waktu tunggu pelayanan rawat jalan dan terhadap kepuasan pasien di RSUD Singasana. Diharapkan kepada pihak rumah sakit untuk melengkapi sarana hiburan seperti koran, buku, majalah, dan tv, sehingga pasien tidak merasa jenuh dan bosan ketika menunggu antrian di pelayanan rawat jalan.
