Abstract

SEKOLAH TINGGI ILMU KESEHATAN BINA USADA BALI PROGRAM STUDI SARJANA ILMU KEPERAWATAN Skripsi, Juli 2024 I Gede Beni Arta xv + 54 + 2 tabel + 2 gambar + 12 lampiran Pengaruh Buerger Allen Exercise terhadap Penurunan Tekanan Darah pada Lansia Hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Selemadeg Timur II ABSTRAK Hipertensi merupakan suatu keadaan tubuh manusia yang mempunyai tekanan darah sistolik lebih dari atau sama dengan 140 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolik lebih dari atau sama dengan 90 mmHg. Terdapat dua cara penatalaksanaan hipertensi yaitu secara farmakologi dan nonfarmakologi. Salah satu penatalaksanaan secara nonfarmakologi yaitu dengan pemberian buerger allen exercise. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh buerger allen exercise terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada lansia hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Selemadeg Timur II. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan rancangan pre experiment dengan one group pretest and posttest design yang melibatkan 57 sampel.Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SOP buerger allen exercise, dan pengukuran tekanan darah menggunakan spyghmomanometer dan stetoskop. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan p 0,001 yang berarti ada pengaruh buerger allen exercise terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada lansia hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Selemadeg Timur II. Diharapkan kepada tenaga kesehatan yang terlibat dalam penanganan lansia dengan hipertensi disamping pemberian obat secara farmakologi juga dapat memanfaatkan pemberian buerger allen exercis. There are two ways to manage hypertension, namely pharmacological and non-pharmacological. One non-pharmacological treatment is by administering the Buerger Allen exercise. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of Buerger Allen exercise on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive elderly in the UPTD Working Area of East Selemadeg Health Center II. This research is a quantitative research using a pre-experimental design with one group pretest and posttest design involving 57 samples. The instruments used in this research were the Buerger Allen exercise SOP, and blood pressure measurement using a spyghmomanometer and stethoscope. The results of the research show p 0.001, so there is an effect of Buerger Allen Exercise on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive elderly in the UPTD Working Area of East Selemadeg Health Center II.
