Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan penyakit tidak menular yang prevalensinya masih tinggi. Pemeriksaan yang efisien dengan biaya relatif murah untuk skrining dan pemantauan penyakit hipertensi sangat diperlukan. Telah banyak diteliti hubungan pemeriksaan NLR (Neutrophil Lymphocite Ratio) dengan hipertensi tetapi masih banyak hasilnya yang berlawanan, ada yang berkolerasi positif dan ada juga yang berkolerasi negatif. Tujuan penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui hubungan NLR dengan hipertensi pada prolanis UPTD Puskesmas Kuta Utara. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif observasional bermetode cross sectional. Populasinya seluruh peserta prolanis di UPTD Puskesmas Kuta Utara pada bulan Januari 2023 hingga Mei 2023. Sampel berjumlah 20 orang, pemilihan sampel dengan total sampling. Analisis nya menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman Rank. Dari 20 sampel, rata-rata tekanan darah sistoliknya 138,5 (20,6) mmHg, rata-rata tekanan darah diastoliknya 80,95 (10,44) mmHg, dan rata-rata NLRnya 2,71 (1,52). Pada tingkat kemaknaan α 95% (0,05) ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan dan bermakna NLR dengan tekanan darah sistolik (p=0,415) r(-0,193). Begitu juga korelasi NLR dengan tekanan darah diastolik, ditemukan berkorelasi negatif sedang (-0,505). Pada tekanan darah sistolik bila NLR meningkat tekanan darah meningkat,, tetapi pada tekanan darah diastolik bila NLR meningkat tekanan darah menurun. Perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih luas, mendalam dan pengendalian faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi NLR dan hipertensi.
