Abstract

SEKOLAH TINGGI ILMU KESEHATAN BINA USADA BALI PROGRAM STUDI SARJANA ILMU KEPERAWATAN Skripsi, Desember 2023 Yuliyanti Apilianti Dewi Efektifitas E-Learning Tentang Mutu Pelayanan RS terhadap Tingkat Pengetahuan Perawat di Poliklinik RS X Denpasar xvi + 38 + 4 tabel + 2 gambar + 9 lampiran ABSTRAK Manajemen mutu pelayanan sebagai salah satu pengetahuan yang harus dimiliki perawat, namun beberapa study menunjukan masih rendahnya pengetahuan perawat terkait dengan mutu pelayanan. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan adalah dengan pendidikan yang berkesinambungan. Perkembangan teknologi mendorong berbagai instansi kesehatan memanfaatkan sistem e-learning untuk meningkatkan efektifitas dan fleksibilitas pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektifitas e-learning mutu pelayanan Rumah Sakit terhadap tingkat pengetahuan perawat. Metode kuantitatif observasional retrospektif, jumlah sampel 26 orang dipilih dengan metode simple random sampling. Analisis data mengunakan wilcoxon sign rank test. Hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata tigkat pengetahuan pre-test 63,07 dan post-test 95,38, dengan beda rata-rata 32,31. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan nilai p-value = 0,001 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan ada efektifitas e-learning mutu pelayanan Rumah Sakit terhadap tingkat pengetahuan perawat di Poliklinik RS X Denpasar. Manajemen keperawatan diharapkan terus mengembangkan e-learning sebagai media pembelajaran secara berkesinambungan sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan perawat. One method to increase knowledge is through continuous education. Technological developments encourage various health agencies to utilize e-learning systems to increase the effectiveness and flexibility of learning. This research aims to find out how effective e-learning is on the quality of hospital services on the level of knowledge of nurses. Retrospective observational quantitative method, a sample size of 26 people was chosen using a simple random sampling method. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon sign rank test. The research findings obtained that the average level of knowledge for the pre-test was 63.07 and the post-test was 95.38, with an average difference of 32.31. Based on the results of the analysis, the p-value = 0.001 < 0.05, it can be stated that there is effectiveness of e-learning on the quality of hospital services on the level of knowledge of nurses at the RS X Denpasar Polyclinic. Nursing management is anticipated to continue to develop e-learning as a learning medium on an ongoing basis to increase nurses' knowledge.
