Abstract
SEKOLAH TINGGI ILMU KESEHATAN BINA USADA BALI PROGRAM STUDI SARJANA ILMU KEPERAWATAN Skripsi, Desember 2023 I Gusti Ayu Putu Hita Trisna Dewi Hubungan Komunikasi Terapeutik dengan Kepuasan Pasien di Poliklinik RS X Denpasar xvi + 43 + 6 tabel + 2 gambar + 11 lampiran ABSTRAK Peraturan Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 43 Tahun 2016 menetapkan nilai standar minimal untuk kepuasan pasien yaitu diatas 95%, namun hasil survey pada Rumah Sakit di Indonesia belum terdapat yang mencapi angka standar tersebut. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien salah satunya komunikasi terapeutik. Keterampilan perawat dalam komunikasi terapeutik, efektif membantu membangun kepercayaan dengan pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan komunikasi terapeutik dengan kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kuantitatif observasional dengan cross sectional. Teknik sampling mengunakan non-probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 61 responden. Analisis yang digunakan adalah rank spearman test. Hasil analisis menunjukan rata-rata komunikasi terapeutik 83,19 dan rata-rata kepuasan pasien 81,32. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan koefisien korelasi (r) 0,622 p-value 0,001 <0.05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara komunikasi terapeutik dengan kepuasan pasien di Poliklinik RS X Denpasar. Perawat diharapkan dapat menerapkan komunikasi terapeutik pada pasien sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan serta sebagai bentuk implementasi dalam peningkatan kepuasan pasien.
