Abstract

ASI (Air Susu Ibu) merupakan makanan terbaik untuk bayi. ASI memiliki kandungan yang baik yang tidak terdapat dalam susu formula. Peningkatan produksi ASI dapat dipengaruhi oleh makanan, contohnya adalah sayur dan buah, nutrisi yang baik bagi ibu menyusui akan memperlancar produksi ASI. Jantung pisang memiliki khasiat dan manfaat untuk kesehatan karena kandungan gizi dan vitamin yang ada didalamnya. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Efektifitas Mengkonsumsi Sayur Jantung Pisang Terhadap Peningkatan Produksi ASI Pada Ibu Menyusui. Desain penelitian ini adalah desain Quasi Experiment rancangan Non- Equivalent Control Grup Design. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 ibu menyusui yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu 15 orang sebagai kelompok perlakuan dan 15 orang kelompok kontrol dengan Teknik purposive sampling. Data analisis dengan menggunakan uji Mann Whitney. Hasil analisis uji MannWhitney didapatkan nilai p=0,000 (p<0,05) yang disimpulan bahwa mengkonsumsi sayur jantung pisang efektif terhadap peningkatan produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui di PMB I Gusti Ngurah Made Dwi Irawati,S.ST.
