Abstract

Kecemasan pada keluarga pasien yang mengantar pasien ke instalasi gawat darurat dikarenakan keluarga pasien tidak tahu tentang pelaksanaan triage pada penanganan awal pasien sehingga menimbulkan kekhawatiran yang tidak jelas. Penangananya yang tidak cepat dan segera pada saat triage menyebabkan timbulnya kecemasan pada keluarga pasien. Adapun tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pelaksanaan triage dengan tingkat kecemasan keluarga pasien di Instalasi Gawat Darurat Rumah Sakit X Denpasar. Rancangan penelitian korelasional, dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 253 orang. Kuesioner terdiri dari ceklist kategori ATS dan ZSAS (Zung Self Rating Anxiety Scale). Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling jenis purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji rank spearman. Hasil analisis didapatkan p=0,000, yang berarti bahwa ada hubungan pelaksanaan triage dengan tingkat kecemasan keluarga pasien di Instalasi Gawat Darurat Rumah Sakit X Denpasar. Disarankan kepada tempat pelayanan agar mengembangkan metode atau cara untuk mengurangi kecemasan pada keluarga pasien pada pelaksanaan triage pada pasien.
