Abstract

Perubahan fisiologis pada kehamilan trimester pertama banyak menimbulkan keluhan, salah satunya adalah mual muntah atau dikenal dengan emesis gravidarum. Bila emesis gravidarum tidak tertangani dengan baik, bisa menjadi sesuatu yang patologis yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap kesehatan ibu dan janin. Mual muntah atau emesis gravidarum pada kehamilan dapat diatasi dengan terapi non farmakologi atau terapi komplementer salah satunya dengan Hypnotherapy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Hypnotherapy terhadap Emesis gravidarum pada ibu hamil Trimester I di UPTD Puskesmas II Dinas Kesehatan Kecamatan Denpasar Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Pre Eksperimental dengan rancangan One Group Pretest-Postest Design. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 orang dengan Teknik Purposive Sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengukuran tingkat mual muntah menggunakan Pregnancy Unique Quantification of Emesis and Nause (PUQE-24) scoring system. Pengukuran dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat penurunan skor PUQE-24 sebelum dan sesudah pemberian Hypnotherapy. Perbedaan nilai pretest dan posttest dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Berdasarkan hasil uji Wilcoxon, diperoleh nilai p value = 0,000 (α<0,05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh Hypnotherapy terhadap emesis gravidarum pada ibu hamil trimester I. Sehingga diharapkan Hypnotherapy dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif non farmakologi yang dapat mengatasi keluhan emesis gravidarum.
