Abstract
mengandung berbagai zat yang penting untuk tumbuh kembang bayi. Tidak semua ibu memberikan ASI dengan alasan ASI tidak keluar atau keluar hanya sedikit. Teknik BOM (Breastcare, Oksitocyn Massage, Marmet Technique) adalah salah satu solusi untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI. Usaha untuk merangsang hormon prolaktin dan oksitosin dapat dilakukan dengan perawatan atau pemijatan payudara, pijat oksitosin, membersihkan puting, menyusui dini dan teratur serta teknik marmet atau teknik memerah dan memijat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Teknik BOM (Breastcare, Oksitocyn massage, marmet Technique) terhadap Jumlah ASI pada Ibu Nifas Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasy experimental design dengan rancangan Intact Group comparision. Sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Jumlah sampel 30 responden yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu 15 orang kelompok intervensi dan 15 orang kelompok kontrol. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan data dianalisa dengan uji man withney Hasil penelitian menunjukan p value 0,000 α = 0,05.
