Abstract

Peningkatan angka insiden diabetes mellitus ini diikuti oleh peningkatan kejadian komplikasi. Self care memiliki tujuan untuk mencapai pengontrolan gula darah secara optimal serta mencegah terjadinya komplikasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Menganalisis Hubungan Pelaksanaan Self Care Management terhadap Gula darah Pada Lansia di Banjar Pekuwon Bangli . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif metode deskriptif korelasi dengan desain cross sectional. Teknik sampling pada penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 61 lansia. Data di analisis menggunakan uji hipotesis Wilcoxon test Dari hasil analisa data didapatkan nilai p-value 0,000 yang berarti <0,05 sehingga Pelaksanaan Self Care Management Terhadap Glukosa Darah Pada Lansia di Banjar Pekuwon Bangli. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah diharapkan perlu adanya upaya pendidikan kesehatan mengenai hubungan pelaksanaan self care management terhadap glukosa darah pada lansia
