Abstract

Peningkatan kasus terkonfirmasi Covid-19 sering meninbulkan masalahmasalah seperti penurunan saturasi oksigen. Dampak dari saturasi oksigen yang tidak terdeteksi pada pasien Covid-19 salah satunya yaitu happy silent hypoxemia syndrome. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan teknik relaksasi nafas dalam terhadap saturasi oksigen pada pasien Covid-19 di Ruang Isolasi Sandat Cempaka RSUD Bali Mandara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian ini adalah penelitian Pre eksperimen dengan one group pre test-post test design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan populasi terjangkau (accessible population) yang sudah sesuai dengan kreteria inklusi dan ekslusi dengan jumlah sampel penelitian 36 responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama satu bulan mengunakan uji paired T test dengan tingkat kesalahan 5 % dan derajat kepercayaan 95% didapat nilai pvalue 0,000 ≤ 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh penerapan teknik relaksasi nafas dalam terhadap saturasi oksigen pada pasien Covid-19 di Ruang Isolasi Sandat Cempaka RSUD Bali Mandara.
