Abstract
Pengelolaan DM yang kurang baik seperti kurangnya pengendalian glukosa melalui diet/gaya hidup sehat, latihan jasmani maupun obat/insulin. Di Kota Denpasar jumlah pederita diabetes tahun 2019 sebesar 14.487 penderita. Penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode observasi dengan deskriftif korelasi, pendekatan cross sectional, jumlah sampel 57 responden pada pasien dan keluarga yang berkunjung di poliklinik penyakit dalam RSU X Denpasar, analisis yang digunakan adalah Spearman Rank. Hasil penelitian, tingkat pengetahuan keluarga tentang pengobatan anti diabetes sebagian besar dengan pengetahuan kurang sebesar 56,1%, gula darah pasien sebagian besar tidak terkontrol sebesar 63,2% dengan rata – rata 206,02 mg/DL. Ada hubungan pengetahuan keluarga tentang pengobatan anti diabetes dengan kadar gula darah penderita DM Tipe 2 Di Poli Interna RSU X Denpasar menggunakan analisis Spearman Rank. dengan nilai p-value 0,001 dengan koefisien korelasi 0,685 ke arah negatif.
