Abstract
SEFT merupakan kombinasi antara Spiritual Power dengan Energy Psychology yang memanfaatkan sistem energi tubuh untuk memperbaiki kondisi pikiran, emosi dan perilaku manusia. Penuaan merupakan suatu proses alami yang tidak dapat dihindari, berjalan terus-menerus,dan berkesinambungan. Kecemasan yang dialami oleh lansia disebabkan oleh perasaaan cemas akan perubahan fisik dan fungsi anggota tubuh, cemas akan kekuatan sosial, cemas akan tersingkir dari kehidupan sosial, takut penyakit, takut mati serta takut kekurangan uang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi pengaruh terapi Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada lansia di Banjar Selat Banjarangkan Klungkung Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain pre-exsperimental design. Teknik sampling pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling berjumlah 19 orang. Data di analisis menggunakan uji hipotesis uji Wilcoxon. Dari hasil analisa data didapatkan nilai hasil uji statistik Wilcoxon sign rank test didapatkan nilai p value = 0,001 < α 0,05 hasil ini menujukan yaitu ada pengaruh pemberian terapi spritual emotional freedom technique (seft) terhadap kecemasan lansia di Banjar Selat Banjarakan Klungkung
