Abstract

CKD atau gagal ginjal kronik merupakan penyakit tahap akhir yang sangat progresif dan irreversibel dimana kemampuan tubuh gagal untuk mempertahankan metabolisme dan keseimbangan cairan dan elektrolit sehingga terjadi uremia. Perawatan untuk pasien gagal ginjal membutuhkan terapi hemodialisa namun pasien harus menjaga keteraturannya dalam melakukan hemodialisa. Beberapa pasien yang kurang mendapat perhatian dari kelurga terlihat mengalami penurunan kualitas hidup secara drastic. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga terhadap kepatuhan kunjungan pasien menjalani terapi hemodialisa Penelitian ini mengunakan desain penelitian corelasional dengan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 63 pasien yang menjalani terapi hemodialisa, diambil dengan tehnik non- probability sampling dengan metode provosive sampling. Analisis data diuji menggunkan Spearman Rank untuk menentukan hasil. Hasil uji statistik diperoleh p value 0,001 p<0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan tingkat kunjungan pasien yang menjalani terapi hemodialisa. Sehingga peneliti berpendapat bahwa kualitas hidup pasien juga dapat dipengaruhi oleh dukungan keluarga dan pasien dapat bertahan hidup lebih lama .
