Abstract
Kualitas tidur adalah suatu keadaan dimana tidur yang dijalani seorang Penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperiment dengan rancangan metode pretest-postest with control group design. Sampel dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok, dimana kelompok kontrol 10 responden dan kelompok intervensi 10 responden. Data analisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon untuk membandingkan hasil pretest dan posttest, dan Mann Whitney U-Test untuk membandingkan kelompok kontrol dan kelompok intervensi. Hasil Ouput SPSS dari Uji Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, diperoleh nilai pvalue (Asymp.Sig 2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 . karena p < α ( 0.05), maka H0 ditolak. Hal ini berarti bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara kualitas tidur pada kelompok perlakuan dengan kelompok control.
