Abstract

Bayi baru lahir sangat membutuhkan tidur berkualitas jika kualitas tidur buruk dapat membuat bayi mudah terbangun, rewel, serta mengalami gangguan fisiologis yang dapat memengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya. Salah satu metode non farmakologis untuk mengatasinya adalah simulated womb sound yang merupakan suara menyerupai kondisi dalam rahim seperti aliran darah ibu, yang memberikan efek menenangkan karena sudah dikenal bayi sejak berada di kandungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh simulated womb sound terhadap kualitas tidur di ruang bayi RS Kasih Ibu Kedonganan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre eksperimental dengan desain one group pretest posttest design dengan jumlah sampel adalah 36 neonatus, teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Hasil analisis menggunakan uji statistik Wilcoxon dengan nilai p value sebesar <0,001 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh simulated womb sound terhadap kualitas tidur neonatus di Ruang Bayi RS Kasih Ibu Kedonganan. Adapun saran yang diberikan adalah menetapkan simulated womb sound sebagai alternatif pengobatan nonfarmakologi, bagi penelitian selanjutnya dapat menambahkan variabel yang dapat disesuaikan tanpa keterbatasan serta untuk masyarakat dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif tindakan bagi neonatus yang mengalami ganguan tidur.
