Abstract

Masa remaja adalah periode perkembangan yang ditandai dengan pertumbuhan fisik dan emosional menuju kematangan. Ketika seorang wanita mengalami menstruasi untuk pertama kalinya, seringkali akan mengalami gangguan seperti kram perut, nyeri, dan ketidaknyamanan lainnya. Kondisi ketidaknyamanan dan nyeri yang terkait dengan menstruasi ini dikenal dengan istilah dismenore. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengurangi Intensitas Dismenore Primer dengan terapi akupresur titik (LI4) dan (SP6). Akupresur adalah teknik pengobatan yang menggunakan pijatan dan tekanan ringan pada titik-titik energi atau akupoint yang mengalami gangguan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui judul Pengaruh Terapi Akupresur Titik (LI4) Dan (SP6) Terhadap Intensitas Dismenore Primer Pada Remaja Putri Di SMP Negeri 1 Penebel. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Pre eksperimental dengan desain one group pretest – post test dan tehnik Purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 54 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilxocon signed rank test. hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai p=0,000 (p<0,05) yang berarti Ho di tolak sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada Pengaruh Terapi Akupresur Titik (LI4) Dan (SP6) Terhadap Intensitas Dismenore Primer Pada Remaja Putri Di SMP Negeri 1 Penebel. Bedasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan remaja putri dapat menerapkan Akupresur Titik (LI4) Dan (SP6) untuk Penurunan Intensitas Dismenore Primer.
