Abstract

Bayi prematur berisiko mengalami ketidakmatangan refleks hisap yang dapat menghambat keberhasilan pemberian nutrisi secara oral. Salah satu intervensi nonfarmakologis yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan refleks hisap adalah kombinasi terapi musik lullaby dan stimulasi oral. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian terapi musik lullaby dan stimulasi oral terhadap refleks hisap bayi prematur di Ruang Daisy RS Ngoerah Denpasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi-experimental dengan pendekatan pretest-posttest with control group. Sebanyak 34 bayi prematur dibagi menjadi kelompok perlakuan yang mendapatkan terapi musik lullaby dan stimulasi oral serta kelompok kontrol yang mendapatkan stimulasi oral saja. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan Mann–Whitney U. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan refleks hisap yang bermakna pada kedua kelompok. Pada kelompok perlakuan, rerata skor meningkat dari 53,65 menjadi 82,53 (Z = -3,624; p = 0,001), sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol meningkat dari 52,76 menjadi 80,82 (Z = -3,630; p = 0,001). Namun, hasil uji Mann–Whitney menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan peningkatan refleks hisap yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok (Z = -0,035; p = 0,972). Kesimpulan: Kombinasi terapi musik lullaby dan stimulasi oral maupun stimulasi oral saja sama-sama meningkatkan refleks hisap bayi prematur, tetapi penambahan terapi musik lullaby tidak memberikan peningkatan yang secara statistik lebih signifikan dibandingkan stimulasi oral saja.
