Abstract

Kualitas tidur pada remaja menjadi masalah yang semakin meningkat, ditandai dengan kurangnya durasi tidur, kesulitan memulai tidur, serta sering terbangun di malam hari. Kondisi ini disebabkan oleh gaya hidup, penggunaan perangkat digital hingga larut malam sehingga mengakibatkan kualitas tidur yang buruk. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kecanduan bermain game online dengan kualitas tidur remaja di SMK TI Bali Global Denpasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yang diambil dengan teknik purposuve sampling sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner Game Addiction Scale (GAS) dan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) yang sudah valid dan reliabil. Data dianalisis dengan Spearman Rank. Sebagian besar responden dengan kecanduan bermain game online sedang sebanyak 47 orang (47,0%), dengan kualitas tidur sebagian besar buruk sebanyak 53 orang (53,0%) dan hasil uji Spearman Rank diperoleh p-value 0,001<0,05 yang berarti ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kecanduan bermain game online dean kualitas tidur pada remaja di SMK TI Bali Global Denpasar. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi dasar bagi remaja dalam mengantur waktu bermain game online agar kualitas tidur tetap optimal.
