Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan kondisi yang disebabkan oleh adanya peningkatan tekanan darah yang melebihi batas normal secara terus-menerus. Efikasi diri pada lansia berpengaruh terhadap pengendalian tekanan darah secara mandiri, lansia cenderung merasa bahwa penyakitnya tidak dapat disembuhkan sehingga berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis. Lansia yang memiliki efikasi diri yang tinggi dan kesejahteraan psikologis baik cenderung dapat mengendalikan derajat hipertensi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri dan kesejahteraan psikologis dengan derajat hipertensi pada lansia. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 120 responden menggunakan purposive cluster sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner General Self Efficacy Scale dan kuesioner Psychological Well Being Scale serta tensi meter OneMed Sphygmomanometer. Analisis data menggunakan uji Rank Spearman untuk mengetahui korelasi. Hasil uji korelasi diperoleh nilai p= 0,001 terhadap efikasi diri dan kesejahteraan psikologis yang berarti p < 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan efikasi diri dan kesejahteraan psikologis dengan derajat hipertensi pada lansia. Disarankan pada lansia untuk memperkuat efikasi diri dan kesejahteraan psikologis agar tekanan darah tetap terjaga dengan stabil
