Abstract

Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) merupakan salah satu komplikasi serius pascaoperasi yang dapat dicegah melalui intervensi non-farmakologis seperti Compression Stocking. Alat ini bekerja dengan meningkatkan aliran darah vena dan mencegah stasis, salah satu faktor dalam Triad Virchow. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi hubungan penggunaan Compression Stocking dengan kejadian DVT pada pasien bedah salah satu rumah sakit swasta di Bali. Penelitian menggunakan desain observasional analitik dengan pendekatan kohort retrospektif. Sampel sebanyak 145 pasien dipilih secara purposive dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Data dikumpulkan dari rekam medis periode Januari 2023 hingga Januari 2025, menggunakan checklist berdasarkan gejala klinis serta pemeriksaan Doppler dan D-dimer. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 62,1% pasien menggunakan Compression Stocking, dan 70,3% dari seluruh pasien tidak mengalami DVT. Pasien yang tidak menggunakan stocking memiliki risiko 4,46 kali lebih besar mengalami DVT (OR = 4,460; 95% CI: 2,094–9,498; p < 0,001). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan Compression Stocking secara signifikan menurunkan kejadian DVT. Intervensi ini efektif diterapkan pada pasien bedah dengan risiko sedang hingga tinggi.
