Abstract

Masalah gizi kurang pada balita merupakan isu kesehatan global yang memengaruhi tumbuh kembang anak secara signifikan. Masalah gizi pada balita akan mengganggu proses tumbuh kembang anak, baik secara mental maupun secara fisik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis faktor yang paling mempengaruhi status gizi pada balita di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Blahbatuh II. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian case control. Case control. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang mendapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 33 sampel kasus dan 33 sampel kontrol. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur kuesioner berupa kuesioner yang digunakan pada masing-masing variabel bebas, dan pengukuran antropometri untuk mengetahui status gizi balita. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji spearman rank dan Regresi Ordinal. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendapatan keluarga, pola asuh orang tua dan riwayat pemberian ASI eksklusif mendapatkan nilai p < 0,05 sedangkan pola makan balita mendapatkan p 1,000. Dari keempat variabel yang diduga mempengaruhi status gizi balita hanya variabel pendapatan keluarga dan riwayat ASI Eksklusif yang paling berpengaruh terhadap status gizi pada balita, hasil ini ditunjukkan dari nilai p pada variabel pendapatan keluarga lebih kecil dari 0,05
