Abstract

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) merupakan masalah kesehatan yang memerlukan terapi hemodialisa jangka panjang, yang dapat memengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik pasien CKD yang menjalani hemodialisa berdasarkan usia, jenis kelamin, dan pekerjaan; mengidentifikasi lama menjalani hemodialisa; mengidentifikasi kualitas hidup pasien; serta menganalisis hubungan antara lama hemodialisa dengan kualitas hidup. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel berjumlah 33 responden yang dipilih menggunakan rumus Slovin. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner WHOQoL-BREF. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden berusia 56-65 tahun (45,5%), tidak bekerja (54,5%), dan berjenis kelamin laki-laki (54,5%). Mayoritas menjalani hemodialisa > 12 bulan (57,6%) dan memiliki kualitas hidup yang baik (57,6%). Analisis Spearman Rank menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara lama hemodialisa dengan kualitas hidup (p < 0,001) dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,572. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin lama pasien menjalani hemodialisa, maka semakin baik kualitas hidupnya.
