Abstract
Nyeri punggung bawah pada ibu hamil trimester III didefinisikan sebagai rasa sakit atau ketidaknyamanan yang terjadi di area lumbar (punggung bawah) dan dapat menyebar ke area sekitarnya. Akupresur titik gallbladder 30 merupakan metode non-farmakologi yang dapat mengurangi nyeri punggung bawah. Tujuan penelitian ini untik mengetahui pengaruh akupresur titik gallbladder 30 terhadap nyeri punggung bawah ibu hamil trimester III di UPTD Puskesmas III Denpasar Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pre eksperimental, dengan menggunakan pendekatan rancangan penelitian one group pretest postest design. Teknik sampling purposive sampling dengan jumlah 33 sampel yang diberikan perlakuan Akupresur titik gallbladder 30. Data dianalisis dengan uji Wilcoxon signed Rank Test. Hasil penelitian nyeri punggung bawah sebelum perlakuan diperoleh nilai mean 2,76 dan setelah perlakuan berubah menjadi 1,09 dengan nilai p-value < 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan adalah Ha diterima yang artinya ada pengaruh akupresur titik gallbladder 30 terhadap intensitas nyeri punggung bawah ibu hamil trimester III di UPTD Puskesmas III Denpasar Utara.
