Abstract

Pre menopause merupakan masa menuju menopause, terjadi selama dua hingga delapan tahun dengan keluhan fisik maupun psikologis. Gejala premenopause terjadi akibat menurunnya kadar estrogen tersebut menimbulkan gejala yang sangat mengganggu aktivitas kehidupan para wanita, bahkan mengancam kebahagiaan rumah tangga, masalah yang muncul yaitu hilangnya masa kesuburan dan meningkatnya perubahan yang menyebabkan kecemasan dan kekhawatiran pada wanita. Tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai dalam penulisan ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian terapi musik klasik terhadap penurunan kecemasan pada ibu dengan pre menopause Puskesmas Petang II Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode pra-eksperimen (pre-eksperimental) dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Populasi pada penelitian ini ialah seluruh ibu pre menopause yang di terdata di wilayah Puskesmas Petang II yang tercatat aktif sebanyak 200 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan metode simple random sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 67 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisa bivariate uji wilcoxon signed – rank Hasil uji wilcoxon signed rank test memperoleh nilai p value (Asym. Sig. 2 tailed) didapatkan hasil 0,000 yang yang artinya ada pengaruh pemberian terapi musik klasik terhadap penurunan kecemasan pada ibu dengan pre menopause di Puskesmas Petang II.
