Abstract
ABSTRAK ASI merupakan makanan terbaik bagi namun belum semua bayi mendapatkan ASI eksklusif hal ini disebabkan oleh berbagai hal, salah satunya adalah kurangnya pengetahun ibu tentang ASI eksklusif. Upaya untuk meningkatan pengetahuan ibu dilakukan dengan mengikuti kelas ibu hamil. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan keikutsertaan ibu pada kelas ibu hamil dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif di UPT Puskesmas Kintamani V. Jenis penelitian analitik dengan rancangan retrospektif. yaitu melihat pemberian ASI eksklusif kemudian melihat kebelakang yaitu saat hamil trimester III mengkuti kelas ibu hamil atau tidak dengan materi manfaat ASI. Besar sampel 34 orang diambil secara purposive sampling. Analisa data dengan chi square. Hasil penelitian responden memberian ASI eksklusif 23 orang (67,6%), ibu yang rutin mengikuti kelas ibu hamil 18 orang (52,9%). Ibu yang rutin mengikuti kelas ibu hamil dan memberikan ASI eksklusif sebanyak 15 orang (65,2%) sedangkan yang tidak memberikan ASI eksklusif sebanyak 8 orang (34,8%). Ibu hamil yang tidak rutin mengikuti kelas ibu hamil yang memberikan ASI eksklusif sebanyak 3 orang (27,3%) dan yang tidak memberikan ASI eksklusif sebanyak 8 orang (72,7%). Analisa data mendapatkan nilai p 0, 038 < 0, 05 Kesimpulan keikutsertaan kelas ibu hamil berhubungan dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif di wilayah kerja di UPTD Puskesmas Kintamani V. Kepada tenaga kesehatan agar menyelengagrana kelas ibu hamil agar meningkatakan cakupan pemberian ASI Eksklusif. This is caused by various things, one of which is the mother's lack of knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding. Efforts to increase mothers' knowledge are made by attending classes for pregnant women. The aim of the research was to determine the relationship between maternal participation in classes for pregnant women and exclusive breastfeeding at the UPT Puskesmas Kintamani V. Type of analytical research with a retrospective plan. namely looking at exclusive breastfeeding and then looking back, namely during the third trimester of pregnancy, attending classes for pregnant women or not with material on the benefits of breast milk. The sample size of 34 people was taken by purposive sampling. Data analysis with chi square. The results of the research showed that 23 people (67.6%) were exclusively breastfed, 18 people (52.9%) were mothers who regularly attended classes for pregnant women. There were 15 mothers who regularly attended classes for pregnant women and gave exclusive breastfeeding, while 8 people (34.8%) did not give exclusive breast milk. There were 3 people (27.3%) who did not regularly attend classes for pregnant women who gave exclusive breastfeeding and 8 people (72.7%) who did not give exclusive breast milk. Data analysis obtained a p value of 0.038 < 0.05 The conclusion is that participation in classes for pregnant women is related to exclusive breastfeeding in the work area at UPTD Puskesmas Kintamani V.
